Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt 🧂
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper 🌶️
  • 2 cups whole milk 🥛
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

Instructions

1️⃣ In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, whisk together the butter, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid clumps. 🍲

2️⃣ Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined. 🥄

3️⃣ Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens. 🧀
